Solutions — Product

Products that compound

Branding, design, web applications, ecommerce, content, SEO, analytics, and cloud and agentic infrastructure. One team, one monthly price of $499.

We do not hand over a website and disappear. We build a product that is worth more in month nine than it was on launch day, because the content, the structure, and the tooling keep accumulating.

Scope

Everything inside one product

Most businesses hire a designer, an agency, a developer, and a copywriter, then spend their own time translating between them. We hold every discipline in one team, so the identity, the interface, the code, the words, the numbers, and the printed piece are decided together.

Included in the monthly price

Eight disciplines · $499 a month

Branding

Logo · Colour · Type · Voice

A mark, a palette, a typeface pairing, and a tone of voice that hold up at sixteen pixels and at A0. We design the system rather than the logo alone, so every page and print piece that comes later already knows what it should look like.

Design

UI / UX · Prints

One system from the first wireframe to the press-ready A3. Research, flows, and a component library, with posters, packaging, stationery, and signage drawn from the same tokens so the brand does not fall apart the moment it leaves the screen.

Web Applications

Healthcare · Engineering · Art & Data

For when a website is not enough. Patient, appointment, and records systems for clinics; calculators and specification tools for engineering; data and generative applications for art and research. Built on server components with a typed data layer.

Ecommerce

Catalogue · Payment · Agentic commerce

Products, variants, cart, and payment, plus feeds structured so ChatGPT and Claude can read, compare, and recommend what you sell. Being purchasable inside an assistant is quickly becoming its own sales channel.

Content Strategy

Topic map · Four knowledge articles a month

We build a topic map from what your customers actually search for, then publish against it every single month. Knowledge articles that answer the real question, and posts that catch the real query.

SEO

Schema · Sitemaps · Core Web Vitals

Structured data, canonical URLs, generated sitemaps, Persian and English handled properly, and performance treated as a budget we are not allowed to exceed rather than a report we read afterwards.

Analytics

Dashboards · Attribution · Monthly review

Traffic, rankings, and revenue in dashboards built for your business rather than a forwarded login. We instrument the events that matter, then sit down with you every month and read them together.

Infrastructure

Cloud computing · Agentic frameworks

Managed cloud hosting with daily backups and uptime monitoring, plus agent pipelines that research, draft, translate, and check work. A small team ships like a large one, and you pay for the small team.

Quoted separately

Per project, on top

Video

Concept · Production · Motion

Brand films, product video, and motion graphics from concept through edit and sound. Priced per project because shooting days and render compute are real costs.

Explore Video

Mobile Apps

iOS · Android

Native and cross-platform apps for when the product needs a place on the home screen, offline access, or push notifications. Scoped and quoted on its own.

AI Agent Platforms

Agents · Tools · Evaluation

Custom agent platforms and applications: tool use, retrieval, evaluation harnesses, and the interfaces your team drives them from. Quoted per build.

Timeline

Two ways to start

Some businesses need to be visible before a season starts. Others are building something that has to hold for years. We run both, at the same monthly price, and you can move from one to the other.

Launch Track

90 days to live

  1. 1

    Weeks 1–2

    Discovery & Identity

We learn the business, audit the competitors who currently outrank you, and land the identity system.

  2. 2

    Weeks 3–5

    UX & Design System

Sitemap, key flows, and the component library the whole site will be assembled from.

  3. 3

    Weeks 6–10

    Build & First Content

Core pages built and deployed behind a password, with the first eight articles written and staged.

  4. 4

    Weeks 11–12

    Launch & Measure

Go live, submit sitemaps, wire analytics, and set the monthly publishing rhythm that follows.

Depth Track

9 months, three phases

Phase 1 · Months 1–3

Branding

Naming, logo, story, typography, color system, and brand guidelines. Every page, post, and print piece that follows uses the same rules.

Phase 2 · Months 4–6

Web apps — CRM

Customer journey, customer profiles, sales pipeline, follow-up reminders, segmentation, automated SMS and email campaigns, and a loyalty club.

Phase 3 · Months 7–9

Web apps — Analytics

Event plan and KPIs, website and store tracking, sales and customer dashboards, campaign reports, and sales forecasting.

Web apps

Numbers are months. Website, social media, print, and web apps move every month; the focus changes each quarter.

Worked example

What nine months produces

The method does not change by industry, only the output does. A clinic, a roastery, a workshop, and a store each end up with the same six things, built from the same system.

Identity

A mark, palette, and signage system that reads correctly on a storefront, on a vehicle, and on a phone screen.

Service pages

Every service or product line gets its own page, answering the three questions buyers actually ask: what it costs, how long it takes, and what happens next.

Trust

Team profiles, real work and product galleries, and reviews a visitor can verify, instead of stock photography and adjectives.

Conversion

One clear action per page, whether that is a booking request, a quote form, or a cart, confirmed by SMS or email.

Local SEO

City and district pages, organisation structured data, maps, and directions for the searches that convert.

Print

Posters, price sheets, cards, and signage drawn from the same design tokens as the website.

Infrastructure

Cloud computing and agentic frameworks

The stack is the reason one monthly price can cover this much work. Static rendering keeps hosting cheap and pages fast. Agent pipelines keep research and drafting moving while humans decide. Five layers, each one doing a job you would otherwise pay a person to repeat.

Agentic Commerce

ChatGPT · Claude

Your catalogue, prices, and availability published in structures an AI assistant can read and act on, so you are discoverable inside assistants and not only inside search engines.

Agentic Frameworks

Research · Drafting · Translation · QA

Repeatable agent pipelines handle research, first drafts, Persian and English translation, tagging, and checks. A human approves every publish, so volume never costs you credibility.

Application

Next.js App Router · Server components

Static rendering by default, server components for anything that has to be dynamic, and no client-side API surface to defend.

Data

Typed schema · Versioned migrations

A typed database schema with migrations committed to the repository, daily backups, and editorial content compiled at build time for speed.

Cloud Computing

Compute · CDN · Monitoring

Cloud compute sized to the product, image optimisation at the edge, uptime monitoring, and deploys that run with one command.

Design

From UI and UX to high-quality prints

One design system, four places it has to work. A brand that only survives on screen is half a brand, so we design the printed piece with the same tokens as the website and test both before anything is final.

01

Screen

Design tokens, a component library, responsive layouts, and light and dark themes that stay legible in both.

02

Editorial

A type scale built for long reading, article layouts, tables, and charts that make data understandable.

03

Brand

Logo system, colour, type pairing, photography direction, and the motion language that ties them together.

04

Print

A3 posters, packaging faces, stationery, price sheets, and signage at 300 dpi with bleed and trim verified.

Pricing

One price, transparent

No setup fee, no discovery invoice, no separate design retainer, and no annual lock-in. One number covers the whole team and every discipline below.

Proof

Nine months, one product: TDS Roastery

TDS Roastery began as a specialty coffee roaster with no digital product at all. Nine months later it runs a Persian-first storefront with online payment, a scholarly coffee knowledge library, a careers portal, and internal tools its own staff open every day.

Beyond the website

A sales and geography analytics suite, a staff training platform with quizzes and certificates, a cupping lab for scoring coffee sessions, and an interactive flavour wheel. None of it was in the original brief. All of it came from months five through nine, once the foundation was paid for.

Why it kept compounding

One hundred and two articles and fifteen technical papers were not published to fill a blog. They were published against a topic map, wired into structured data, and linked to the products they explain. That is the difference between a website with content and a product that earns attention.

Brands

Built and maintained by Charsook

Specialty coffee, building materials, fragrance, concept retail, auto service, and embedded AI. Six industries that share almost nothing except the method that built them.

Questions

Asked before every project starts

What does $499 a month include?

Eight disciplines: branding, design covering both UI/UX and print, web applications, ecommerce including agentic commerce, content strategy, SEO, analytics, and cloud and agentic infrastructure. Every month that means one design cycle, one new template or feature, four knowledge articles, four posts, managed hosting, and an analytics review. A print piece lands every month. Months 1–3 focus on branding, 4–6 on CRM, and 7–9 on analytics.

Is there a setup fee or a long contract?

No setup fee and no multi-year contract. The first month covers discovery, identity, and architecture at the same monthly rate, and billing runs month to month.

Why are video, mobile apps, and AI agent platforms priced separately?

Each carries real per-project cost that does not average out: shooting days and render compute for video, app store cycles and device testing for mobile, and model and evaluation cost for agent platforms. Bundling them would push the monthly price up for every client, including the ones who never ask for them, so we scope and quote each on its own.

Who owns the code, the designs, and the content?

You do. The repository, the design files, the print files, and the articles are yours, and we hand over the cloud account and domain records whenever you ask.

How quickly can we be live?

The Launch Track puts a complete site live in about ninety days. The Depth Track runs nine months: three of branding, three of CRM, and three of analytics, while the website, social media, print, and web apps move every month.

Do you work in Persian as well as English?

Yes. We build Persian-first sites with right-to-left layouts, Persian typography, and Jalali dates, and we handle multilingual SEO so each language earns its own rankings.

What if we already have a website?

We audit what exists, keep the URLs that already earn traffic, and migrate with redirects in place so rankings carry over instead of resetting.
